You've signed up for Flex Connect - now what?

You may not yet be participating due to deadlines in your region.

If you've enrolled past your region's deadline, your energy devices have not yet been enrolled in Flex Connect, and your Samsung Rewards are not yet available to you.

But don't worry - there is nothing more for you to do at this time. Once SmartThings activates user signups in your region, you’ll be able to start participating in energy grid events - and the Samsung Rewards will become available to you!

In the meantime, we hope you're getting the most out of our SmartThings Energy service. With SmartThings Energy, you can:

We so appreciate your efforts in doing good for the grid - and your wallet!

Due to data access barriers, the Flex Connect program is no longer active in PECO's territory in PJM.

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you'll continue to utilize the energy-saving features within SmartThings Energy.

We're so sorry we can't enroll you at this time. This could be due to a variety of reasons:

You are not in a territory where Flex Connect is actively available
You are in a conflicting energy program
Your home is not compatible with program requirements
